AGTA processes member and applicant data under GDPR and PIPEDA. Payment data is handled by PCI DSS compliant processors and never stored on AGTA infrastructure. Data residency options are available for sensitive markets.
Full policy documents — Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Cookie Policy — are maintained by the AGTA legal office and published in English, French and Arabic.
