
Puneet Manchanda is a distinguished professional whose career spans more than 35 years across Oil and Gas, Power Products, IT, and ISO 9001 Quality Systems. With extensive experience in multinational environments—including leadership roles at Honda Power Products (manufacturing), Dell Computers (IT), and currently Enbridge Inc. (Oil and Gas)—Puneet has established himself as a leader in fostering business and governmental partnerships, particularly between India and Alberta. He serves as a member of the India Advisory Committee to the Premier of Alberta and is Director at the Alberta-India Chamber of Commerce, where his insights help strengthen bilateral initiatives and economic ties. Puneet's commitment to professional excellence extends to volunteering with major organizations: he has served as Regional Director for the Canada and Greenland Region for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and has been associated with them since 2005, and contributed his expertise to Project Management Institute (PMI) Northern Alberta Chapter study groups for PMP aspirants (2008–2011). Puneet's dedication to community is evident through his leadership in organizations such as Maanaw Seva Association (MSA) as Walkathon Chair (2011–2013), and as Director, Secretary, and current President of the Alberta Hindi Association (Parishad) since 2016. He is also the Past President (2023–2025) of the Council of India Societies of Edmonton (CISE), which unites 27 non-profit organizations serving the Indian community. His civic engagement includes participation on the City of Edmonton Archives Committee, focusing on the South Asian diaspora (2023–2025), and representing the community on the DATS Advisory Group (DAG), providing accessible public transportation for individuals with disabilities (2023–2025).
