Meena Ghanshyam is a seasoned financial services leader and Regional Director and Group Lead, Business Banking for the Prairie Region at Scotiabank, with more than 18 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs across Canada. An MBA graduate from Saint Mary's University, she has worked across multiple regions, gaining deep insight into diverse business landscapes. She is actively involved in community initiatives—supporting entrepreneurs through CEED (Centre for Entrepreneurship Education and Development) and mentoring via Windmill Microlending—and is a strong advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship, championing programs such as the Scotiabank Women Initiative.
