Hon. Thomas Nyarko Ampem is a Ghanaian economist, finance professional, and public servant with academic training in Economics, Geography, and Finance from KNUST and Virginia Commonwealth University. He has served in education, local government, and national public finance leadership roles, including Director of Finance at the Office of the President and District Chief Executive for Asuogyaman. Since 2017, he has represented Asuogyaman in Parliament and, as former Chair of the Budget Committee in the Eighth Parliament, contributed to fiscal oversight, accountability, and development-focused policy advocacy.
