
Dr. FCPA Rosemary Kinanu Gituma (honorary PhD in Humanities; PhD student, Atlantic International University, USA) is a practicing accountant, professional mediator, and leader committed to integrity across trade and industry, agriculture, education, healthcare, tourism, and job creation. She is Founder and Chairperson of FRUITSS Leadership Africa (launched 2019) and Managing Partner of Kinanu & Associates. With over 20 years of C-suite experience in large public and private organizations—including more than 15 years in the cement sector—she served as former Vice Chairman of ICPAK (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya) and was awarded ICPAK Fellowship in June 2015. Her career spans CEO and Chair of Africa Forum Scotland Eastern Africa, business development at AFS Global, senior finance and audit leadership at East African Portland Cement Company and EAPCC Uganda, and roles with Coca-Cola Kenya, Kenya Airways, Deloitte, CARE Kenya, and others. She brings deep expertise in corporate governance, strategic and transformative leadership, restructuring, change management, PPP, and business advisory, with memberships spanning dispute resolution, arbitration, diaspora and investment advisory boards, Rotary, the Tony Elumelu Foundation as coach and mentor, and recognition including Peace and Africa Leadership Business awards (2019). She participates extensively in international conferences and high-level presidential trade missions and supports women in business, procurement, and contracting across Africa and the diaspora.
