
Billy Morin (William Morin IV) is a Canadian Cree First Nations leader and elected Member of Parliament for Edmonton Northwest. He served as Chief of Enoch Cree Nation from 2015 to 2022, where he advanced economic development and reconciliation-focused partnerships, including urban reserve initiatives, broadband expansion, and major Indigenous-led investments. He also served as Grand Chief of the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations, championing affordable housing, Indigenous healthcare priorities, sustainable development, and stronger Indigenous-private sector collaboration.
