A visionary leader in the Nigerian maritime landscape, he currently serves as the Managing Director of Molhadeen Int'l Nigeria Limited, a premier firm specializing in import clearing, freight forwarding, and integrated haulage logistics. As Managing Director of Molhadeen Int'l Nigeria Limited since 2006, he has steered the company toward becoming a market leader in end-to-end supply chain solutions. Since 2019 he has also led Nedu Logistic Solutions Limited — a Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) licensed barge operator — optimizing the critical pilotage corridor between Ikorodu and Apapa. As Managing Director of Temira Industrial Limited, he drives growth and operational excellence within the industrial sector. He is an Ambassador of the African Union Agenda 2063, championing the socio-economic transformation of the continent through enhanced regional trade, infrastructure development, and maritime security. Ambassador Raheem is a key architect of modern maritime policy and operational efficiency in West Africa. He serves as Vice President of the Association of Maritime Truck Owners (AMATO) and Vice President of the Association of West African Exporters and Maritime Professionals (AWAEMAP). He recently spearheaded a landmark tripartite alliance between the truckers' union, the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), and the Lagos State Government dedicated to implementing sustainable, technology-driven solutions to eliminate chronic gridlock along the Lagos Ports corridors. Under his leadership, Molhadeen Int'l has secured pivotal partnerships with Instarmac Nigeria Ltd and Sifax Marine, revolutionizing barge logistics by streamlining the transit of import containers from primary terminals to the Sifax ICT terminal. His professional background includes serving as Clearing Operation Manager at SIFAX Group (1990–2006), managing large-scale port operations.
