
Amb. Dr. Mrs. Sameera Abubakar Abdullahi is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and national women leader whose work spans political mobilization, diversified corporate leadership, and social impact across Nigeria and the continent. She holds B.Ed, MBA, MAISM, CMC, FIMC, and ARPA credentials, reflecting a commitment to education, management excellence, and public service. As National Women Leader of Nigerian Ladies in Politics (NLP), a premier advocacy body, she leads nationwide grassroots engagement and coordinates female political participation across Nigeria's 36 states and the FCT. She orchestrated presidential mobilization for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and builds robust networks for policy awareness and civic participation. She is an APC Federal candidate for the Kano/Gwarzo House of Representatives constituency, Deputy Coordinator of the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) in Kano State, and former Kano State Chairperson of the Abundant Nigeria Renewal Party (ANRP). Her business portfolio spans agro-industry, energy, and innovation. As CEO of MHS Universal Investment, she manages high-impact agricultural value chains and agro-commodity trading. She is Founder of Samaan Oil and Gas, driving strategic energy solutions and petroleum resource development, and Co-Founder of Brainstorm IT, developing financial technology and specialized IT infrastructure. As Deputy President of African Women in Processing (AWIP), she leads the initiative to drive industrialization and value addition for female-led enterprises—promoting localized manufacturing, scaling trade across African borders, and advancing quality standard certifications. She holds influential roles across commerce and trade bodies: National Coordinator of NACCIMA Youth for strategic youth inclusion; Northwest Vice President of OWIT for international trade; Vice President (Publicity) of KACCIMA for regional commerce; and Zonal Coordinator of WEOG for energy, oil, and gas. Academically, she earned an MBA in Business Management from Al-Qalam University, Katsina; a B.Ed in Education Administration & Planning from the University of Education, Ghana; and is pursuing advanced studies at Netherlands Business School (NBS). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). Through the Better Life for Children and Women Future Foundation (BLCWFF), Better Life for Women Network (BLWN), and as Co-Founder of the SHE Farmers Initiative, she advances support for vulnerable youth, statewide women's empowerment, and female smallholder farmers in Northern Nigeria. Her vision is a Nigeria where citizens—especially women and children—experience improved standards of living through education, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic opportunities.
